My guest today is Scott Dawson, a real estate entrepreneur and investor with over 20 years experience in the real estate industry. After struggling through his 20's to flip homes, Scott was able to build a team of realtors and sold homes traditionally until the big crash in 2008-2009. After the crash he did some traditional sales and flips all on his own. In 2018, Scott started Optionbee LLC, a home and land buying company.
